These Terms apply to the MasterTube Dashboard environment available at https://panel.master.tube/terms-of-service/.

MasterTube Dashboard is a dashboard for creators to connect a YouTube channel they own or are authorized to manage and analyze information for that authorized channel.

By using MasterTube Dashboard, you agree to these Terms. Because MasterTube Dashboard uses YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms, the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service at https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/api-services-terms-of-service, and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies at https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/developer-policies

You may use MasterTube Dashboard only with accounts and YouTube channels that you own or are authorized to manage. You must not connect, access, or attempt to access another creator’s YouTube channel without permission.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and with Google’s and YouTube’s terms and policies when using the dashboard.

MasterTube Dashboard uses YouTube API Services to access authorized channel data after you grant consent through Google’s OAuth flow. Features in this dashboard are focused on dashboard, channel, service, MasterAssistant entry/history, and authorized channel insight workflows.

MasterTube Dashboard does not request or store your Google or YouTube password. You can revoke MasterTube Dashboard’s access to your Google and YouTube data at any time from Google’s security settings page:

You may remove a connected channel from the dashboard. Removing a channel deletes the stored dashboard connection and related stored YouTube API data from MasterTube Dashboard. It does not delete the channel or any data stored by YouTube.

Restrictions

You must not:

– Use the dashboard to access YouTube data you are not authorized to access.

– Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, access restrictions, or security controls.

– Misuse YouTube API data or use the dashboard in a way that violates YouTube’s terms, developer policies, or applicable law.

– Scrape, copy, redistribute, sell, or sublicense YouTube API Services or YouTube API data except as permitted by YouTube’s terms.

– Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the dashboard.
