Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how MasterTube Dashboard handles information in the MasterTube Dashboard environment available at https://panel.master.tube/privacy-policy/.
Overview
MasterTube Dashboard helps a creator connect a YouTube channel they own or are authorized to manage and view dashboard information for that authorized channel. The dashboard is focused on creator features such as Dashboard, Channels, Services, MasterAssistant entry/history, and authorized channel insights.
MasterTube Dashboard uses YouTube API Services. Your use of Google and YouTube services is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy, the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service at https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/api-services-terms-of-service, and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies at https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/developer-policies .
Information We Access Or Collect
When you use MasterTube Dashboard, we may access or collect:
– Account information used to sign in to the dashboard, such as name, email address, profile image, user ID, and session information.
– YouTube channel information that you explicitly authorize through Google’s OAuth consent flow, such as channel ID, channel title, thumbnail, channel metadata, and authorized analytics or reporting data needed to show dashboard features.
– OAuth access and refresh tokens required to keep the authorized YouTube connection working.
– Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request logs, browser or device information, IP address, error logs, and security events.
We do not ask for, collect, or store your Google or YouTube password.
For the connected YouTube channel, MasterTube Dashboard may request Google OAuth permissions for:
– Reading YouTube channel metadata and published content.
– Reading YouTube Analytics and YouTube Analytics monetary reports that are available to the authorizing channel owner or manager.
– Identifying the Google account used for authorization through basic profile and email information.
MasterTube Dashboard does not use the connected channel permissions for write actions such as creating, editing, deleting, or modifying YouTube content or channel settings.
How We Use Information
We use this information to:
– Authenticate users and maintain dashboard sessions.
– Connect and verify YouTube channels that the user owns or is authorized to manage.
– Display dashboard, channel, service, MasterAssistant, and channel insight features.
– Maintain security, troubleshoot errors, prevent unauthorized access, and comply with YouTube API Services requirements.
– Respond to support, privacy, or deletion requests.
We do not sell YouTube API data or use it for third-party advertising in this dashboard environment.
Sharing
We do not make your authorized YouTube channel data public through this dashboard environment. Authorized YouTube data is shown only to the authorizing user or to people expressly authorized by that user. We may share limited information only:
– With Google or YouTube as required for OAuth, YouTube API Services, security, or policy requirements.
– With infrastructure and service providers that help us host, secure, or operate the dashboard.
– When required by law, legal process, security needs, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.
Cookies And Local Storage
The dashboard may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser storage to keep you signed in, store session state, remember interface settings, and secure the application. This environment does not load the Raychat chat widget.
Data Retention And Deletion
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the dashboard, maintain security, and comply with legal or policy obligations. YouTube API data is stored, refreshed, or deleted in line with YouTube API Services requirements and the consent granted by the authorizing user.
You can revoke MasterTube Dashboard’s access to your Google and YouTube data at any time from Google’s security settings page:
https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
After access is revoked, MasterTube Dashboard can no longer access new authorized YouTube data.
You can also remove a connected channel from the dashboard. Removing a channel deletes the stored dashboard connection and related stored YouTube API data for that channel from MasterTube Dashboard. It does not delete the channel or any data stored by YouTube. To delete data from YouTube itself, you must use YouTube or another authorized YouTube tool that supports that action.
You may also request deletion of stored account or authorized YouTube API data by contacting us at support@master.tube. We process deletion requests as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days where required by YouTube API Services policies.
User Control
You choose whether to connect a YouTube channel. If no channel is connected, the dashboard shows only limited creator dashboard screens and no selectable channel data in MasterAssistant.
